As 2024 comes to a close, I’m thrilled to share a reflection on what has been one of our most dynamic and impactful years to date. This year marked a series of achievements, innovations, and milestones for The Percentage Company, as well as the exciting expansion of our team and partnerships.
Milestones Achieved and Certification Recognitions
One of the year’s most significant highlights was achieving Stripe Services Implementation Partner certification, the highest level of partnership in the Stripe ecosystem. This recognition underscores our expertise in payment technology and reinforces our position as a leader in streamlining operations for hotels and other businesses.
We also completed the development of a key integration with 2C2P, a Thai payment gateway solution, enabling even more seamless payment processing for our clients. These advancements reflect our dedication to ensuring that financial transactions are not just efficient but also future-proof.
We also achieved certification for the Google Hotel Center meta-search integration with our booking engine, enabling our clients to leverage one of the most powerful tools for driving direct bookings through enhanced visibility and seamless connectivity.
Industry Leadership and Event Highlights
2024 saw The Percentage Company step into the spotlight at major industry events, solidifying our role as thought leaders in hospitality technology. I had the honor of speaking on a panel at The Big Connect Hospitech Conference in Phuket alongside esteemed partners like STAAH, Red Dot Payment, Soraso, and MG Group, where we discussed the evolving landscape of hospitality technology.
In addition, we co-hosted the Cloudbeds Connect Hospitality Tech Forum at the Marriott Courtyard in Phuket, where I delivered a 30-minute speech on modernizing hotel operations in Thailand with technology, and partnered with Stripe at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit for a pivotal event on “Streamlining Operations & Maximizing Revenue: The Power of Payments Technology.”
Another highlight was being a guest speaker at The Onyx Hospitality Annual Leadership Conference at Amari Pattaya, where I presented a 45-minute session titled “Embracing the Future: The Role of AI in Running Your Hotel.”
Events like these provide invaluable opportunities to share insights, connect with industry leaders, and stay ahead of emerging trends, ensuring we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Innovation at the Core of Our Success
This year was also marked by the successful launch of Version 4 of our hotel, hostel, and package booking engine, which introduced dozens of new features, including rate and review integrations and our very own OTA-style loyalty and member program. These tools have empowered our clients to boost direct bookings, enhance guest experiences, and maximize revenue.
We also:
- Launched some advanced CRM/CDP tools to improve marketing automation and direct booking sales.
- Completed an integration with Trip.com for our theater and venue management system, including ticket machines, helping streamline operations for clients like Simon Cabaret.
- Finalized our STAAH channel manager integration, enabling seamless connectivity between property management systems and our booking engine solutions.
Moreover, our new website launch brought together our three core service lines into a unified platform, highlighting that we are far more than just another digital marketing agency!

We celebrated surpassing 1.5 billion THB in client sales, a monumental achievement that reflects the combined effort of our clients and team. To support this growth, we expanded our team, welcoming four new experts with Khun Bam in business development, Khun Fa in SEO/ads marketing, and 2 full-stack developers, Khun Pom & Khun Thewlip. Their skills and fresh perspectives have already begun driving measurable impact for our clients.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we move into 2025, our focus will remain on pushing boundaries and pioneering solutions that redefine hospitality technology. Key priorities include:
- Enhancing our CDP and CRM capabilities with AI-driven insights for more personalized marketing.
- The launch of our new POS platform, designed to streamline in-property transactions and integrate seamlessly with our booking and revenue management solutions for a comprehensive operational advantage.
