Serenity Phuket operated in a highly competitive market & offered a wide variety of room types from standard rooms up to private pool villas within a single resort. The goal was to maintain high occupancy throughout the low season by leveraging the latest technology to drive operational efficiency and increased online sales. The resort also wished to move away from old-fashioned offline rate distrubution with offline travel agents & increase direct bookings.

In addition to migrating the resort from OPERA PMS to Cloudbeds PMS & Lightspeed POS, a fully dynamic rate structure was developed along with a cutting-edge booking solution and integrated digital marketing strategy.
What were the results? Up to 98% of booking revenue was from direct or online channels with an average annual occupancy of 80% generating in excess of 100 Million THB per year.
